మీ ఇంటి కప్పు పైన, బాల్కనీ లో, కిటికీలో కాని ఇంకేదైనా వీలయిన ప్రదేశం లో నీళ్ళ ఏర్పాటు చేయండి.

మనం, ఎన్నో రకాలయిన వాతావరణ మార్పులకు కారణం అవుతున్నాము. వాటి వాళ్ళ, ఎన్నో రకాల జీవుల జీవనాన్ని ప్రమాదం లో . .

We humans have caused climate changes and global warming and other species suffer due to this.

They also have right to live. Your small act can save some innocent life.

Remember how you feel when you are thirsty in scorching heat and you dont get water for long.

How to build the water sources in villages

The mojor water source for water is rain in many places. Water storage system consists of small lakes to big reservoirs. There will be small lakes (single or multiple)for each village, which are filled by rain water. A Dam kind of stucture is made to store and release the water regularly. This lake will have a construction in one of the corner, when water is increased a certain level water will overflow from this place. There will be many small lakes which were filled up in the rainy season and overflown. These water is diverted to a very big lake. This big lake can store much more water than the smaller one. There were many small streams going through. These streams are only visible in the rainy season. After the rains are stopped these streams are dried up. So, These small streams  can not cater water to the crops as expected. If there is big lake on it's way. Then, water was stored in there. 

90% of the small streams must have died by now. Because, of sand being filtered and used as building material. Most of the Water wells were dried as the use of pump motor instead of well water for farming. Water levels need to be increased to have water in the wells. Water needs to preserved in the lakes. Water needs to preserved for drinking. For this we need greenery. 

What to do? Take a village as a example Unit. Survey the village. How many lakes are available. How many Streams are passing through the village (through the dry lands and wet lands) 

Lakes: Lakes has to be renovated. Natural streams which bring water into the lake should be noticed. These source streams must renovated. 

Streams: Greenery brings the rains. We can build the greenery along the streams. Which are filled up with water during the rainy season. Lot of plantation has to be done and maintained here. It helps cooling the weather and bringing the rains. 

How?

There were lot of youth clubs were in existence earlier. Village youth was involving some activities for the village. Now the functioning of the youth clubs is only for the sports. But, if proper funds are given and educated and motivated properly, These youth clubs can do more. They really take things into the people and can be used a source for the movement in villages. Govt support can be taken for funding to get the trees from Nurseries.  

Education

I have read it one of the book that, only after we thought getting employed is necessary for living, education has become important in our lives. What happens if I am not studied a Degree or PG. Can't I live? Can't I live with comfortability? no one in our society will dare to think and approach in that way. Because, we have been taught from years that illeterate is not humanbeing but, an animal.  Which is not at all a dignified statement a literate can give.

How much it is true? Can't a person who is working in Farm under a landlord live his life in comfortable way? what make his life comfortable? Think..! 

If he is studied a Degree? how it is helpful to do his work? is he going to know something better than a illeterate? I don't think so.. the dynamics of the farming are known by experience. and by getting some knowledge on how the farming done and what is it all about. Does our education gives that? may be he needs to study in a Agricultural university to work in a Farm for just about Rs. 2000. Why should he waste lot of time and effort in studying a Degree from Agricultural University. He can study upto SSC and if he has given proper books and explanation, he can learn from the books and by his experience. So, what is the meaning in spending your time and money in it.  If someone studies so, he will be an officer in the particular department. But, he won't do farming. So, why he is studying this? He can study anything. 

And the actual person who is working in a Farm House never gets this education from the University. So, why this university is teaching this at a cost, a normal worker can't afford. And plus he needs to study a plus two and have sufficient money to complete the course.

I don't think it is required to a Degree or PG for every person if he is going to choose a profession which doesn't require that much of knowledge. Suppose, there were ITI's earlier which offer simple course short term. This will help the students open a mechanic shop or something like that. But, is that sufficient? 

I see there are few things need to be part of the education. 

1. Studies

2.  Games

3. NCC and Scout

4. Political knowledge (student wings of Political Parties)

5. Devotional

1.  Studies are the core of the education system. Which consists of the languages, maths, science, and the social. These subjects can be taught before 10th class to a level that a man/woman can live with this knowledge. 

Extra in depth study will be required if somebody wants progress in a specific way.

2. Games should be must for a person to grow physically. Acceptance towards others can be learnt. Today we see lot of hatred towards each other. This is a problem in the society as people or interacting much to understanding the other person. Games also teach us the togetherness. Team work. You understand your role, you accept the failure. You accept the other's dominance and still you praise other's skill. This is not possible in real life when you are failing at somepoint. People are so much associated with winning so that, if something goes wrong, they are tend to commit suicide.

3.  NCC and Scoutt are the best things a student can have. These gives a person discipline and integrity. He knows how to help the society, how to handle the calamities. When there is a sudden calamity in your town, how many machines and officers can save you? a valantere can save many of the lifes. 

4.  Political Knowledge is a must for any student. Earlier, students used to be part of many organizations. These organizations will create lot of impact in the society. Working with organizations will enable a student to grow in the society and vulnerable for the problems posed to you by society. You will decide what is good and what is bad about your socient governament and the Politics.  Every Party has their own theory, you will understand that, when you work while you are a student. Unfortunately working for Political Party wings become the back-benchers option.  Can we assume a student who is class first is working for a political wing? nope.. he might feel that it will impact his studies. 

5.  Devotional education is must as the mankind has to gothrough this at some point of time in his life.  Having Devotional thoughts at a student level will create awareness of your feelings and others feelings also.. 

May be there are other things also can be important to the education. But, I thought these were the must for educating the youth for a better society.

 

 

What should be my first post?

Here is the begining. I have started writing a blog finally. I have been thinking of it from some time. I was thinking of many issues to write down in the blog. But, when I started it I am not able to think of any specific topic. 

My best friend Raji Reddy has started a blog to add his writings from different news papers. I was inspired by his work. But, could not write at that level.  But, when I saw my brother-in-law (Srinu) had written a blog. I was curious about what could be the content. He has written down his feelings on the blog. Just simple feelings. I got the point. I am going to write about my feelings too.  

Initially I thought of writing a diary with my thoughts to analyze my thinking patterns over the time. But, writing a diary needs a good note book to inspire to write something interesting. But, there is a problem with it. If I wrote some thing which has to written off or rubbed off. Then it would be a problem. So, I finally came to a conclusion to start writing a Blog. 

This is the story behind starting a Blog. I don't have any greater goals or expectaions from this. May be i will show it to my friends, whenever I write something to be shared with group of people.
